About the Role
This role plays a key part in supporting business performance through financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with a strong focus on FP&A and transformation initiatives.
You will act as a trusted business partner, delivering insights, building financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
* Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Support budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning (LRFP)
* Track project budgets and financial performance across transformation initiatives
Tools & Financial Modelling
* Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools
* Support resource planning, cost tracking, and value realization initiatives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor budgets, spend, savings, and headcount across project portfolios
* Deliver clear reporting and dashboards to stakeholders
Compliance & Controls
* Support SOX compliance and financial controls
* Ensure accuracy of financial data and alignment with accounting standards
* Assist with audits and financial reviews
What You Bring
Experience & Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* Experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis
Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, lookups)
* Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP) is beneficial
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Core Competencies

* Ability to work with complex data and present insights clearly
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Nice to Have
* MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications
