Project Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.
* A minimum of 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment is essential.
* The successful candidate will have proven track records of managing teams comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts is necessary.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is beneficial.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset is advantageous.
* PMP certification and CSM are highly valued.
