We have a diverse team across four different countries, having landed numerous great customers and helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies.
We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Key Account Growth Representative who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team.
This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
* Expand revenue originated from existing accounts
* Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting
* Closing inbound leads
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Leverage our existing network to get referrals
* Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills
* Native-like English level
* Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time
* A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal
* Motivated by commission and career growth
* Track record of exceeding quota as SDR
