Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and scheduling software releases in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
Additionally, you will monitor and communicate release progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.

* Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and change management teams to ensure readiness and quality.

* Review testing outcomes and work with QA to address defects and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes and rollback plans.

* Ensure compliance with company's release management policies and best practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives for release processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in release coordination, change management, or related IT governance roles.
* Familiarity with SDLC processes and testing practices.
* Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar for tracking and documentation.
