Full Spectrum Search Group is a national healthcare recruiting firm focused on post-acute and senior care leadership, including skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice.
We are hiring a Data Entry & Research Coordinator to support our recruiting team by maintaining and updating candidate information in our internal database.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized professionals early in their careers who are comfortable working with large amounts of information and ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The Role
This is a production-focused position responsible for entering, updating, and correcting candidate data. Your work ensures our recruiting team has clean, reliable information to operate efficiently. This is not a technical or IT role. The focus is on accuracy, organization, and consistency.
What You Will Do
Data Entry and Updates
Enter and update candidate information in internal systems
Review records for missing, incorrect, or outdated information
Make corrections to ensure data is accurate and complete
Research and Data Collection
Use LinkedIn, Google, and other tools to find and verify candidate information
Add relevant details such as contact information, job titles, and company data
Data Quality and Organization
Maintain clean and well-structured records
Ensure all data is ready for recruiter use with minimal revisions
Track progress and stay organized across multiple assignments
Team Support
Work closely with recruiters to support ongoing searches
Follow instructions and adjust priorities as needed
Communicate clearly regarding progress or questions
Requirements
Advanced English (required) – written and reading comprehension
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High level of organization and ability to follow processes
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Preferred Background
Experience in data entry, administrative support, research, or similar roles
Familiarity with LinkedIn or online research tools is a plus
College degree preferred but not required
