**What you’ll do**:
We are seeking an individual with experience in IT and Audio/Video to serve as a Local IT Services Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the IT team and assist the IT Lead in ensuring seamless business continuity. You will be involved with a diverse team across various IT domains and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely execution and occasionally taking ownership to drive success. Your responsibilities will also include providing local IT support for internal users.
Key responsibilities include overseeing back-end IT operations projects, focusing on Wi-Fi access points and network management. You will work on projects related to local IT infrastructure, sometimes requiring flexibility in working hours. Additionally, you will provide support for events at SAP offices, handling audio, video, and microphone equipment to ensure smooth execution.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Proven experience with IT and Audio and Video.
- Understand how computer network operates to provide possible solutions to issues e.g.:
- Access Points, Servers, Cabling, Switches, Fiber cables. Network protocols: DNS, DHCP. Network Topology: WAN, LAN, V-LAN, WLAN
- Understand project management.
- SLA Adherence
- Understand project terminologies (SLA, Resources, milestones, timeframe)
- Ensure project timelines.
- Advanced English. Being able to write and communicate clearly in written and spoken language.

- Being able to work proactively identifying potential issues before the client notices.

- Capable of working on multiple projects with different scopes and deadlines
**Preferred additional skills**:
- Room Automation systems and audio video systems:
- Knowledge on QSC systems
- Knowledge on MTR/Logitech Systems
- Know how to operate auditoriums, Microphones and Sound, screens
- Spanish skills. Being able to write and communicate clearly in written and spoken language.
**Working hours**
Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on-site work model. Requiring flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate project delivery and deadlines when necessary.
