We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Visual Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content that drives engagement and captivates audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design social media posts across multiple styles and brands. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools is essential, as well as a solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for social platforms.
You will work closely with our marketing specialist to transform content plans into compelling visuals, adapting designs to match each client's brand identity and visual tone. Your attention to detail and time management skills will ensure consistent quality across all client accounts.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality. Strong communication skills and the ability to apply feedback quickly and accurately are also essential.
To succeed in this position, you must own and operate a working computer with high-speed internet and possess English language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging social media posts for Instagram and LinkedIn based on monthly content plans
* Adapt designs to match each client's brand identity and visual tone
* Create carousels, single-image posts, and basic motion content when needed
* Collaborate closely with the marketing specialist on concepts and revisions
* Maintain consistent visual quality across all client accounts
* Organize and deliver weekly design batches on deadline
* Prepare final files for scheduling and publishing
* Maintain clean project files and brand folders
* Apply feedback quickly and accurately
* Stay updated on social design trends and formats
Key Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital or social media
* Strong portfolio showing social media design work across multiple styles
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
