INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER We are seeking a professional responsible for leading the globalization strategy of Hiter products throughout Latin America, developing and executing the brand’s commercial and technical expansion plan in the region. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Vision and Business Globalization: Act as a driving force behind the globalization of Hiter products, expanding the brand’s presence and recognition across Latin America. Develop and implement the strategic business plan to ensure sustainable growth of Hiter control valves and equipment sales in the region. Lead international expansion through the creation, strengthening, and management of partnerships and strategic allies in each country, ensuring technical, commercial, and market positioning alignment. Serve as a mentor and developer of future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and critical thinking. * Commercial Management and Sales Force Leadership Build, develop, and lead teams of sales engineers and commercial representatives in various Latin American countries. Train and upskill direct and indirect sales teams, ensuring technical updates, commercial excellence, and customer focus; support OpCOs by acting as a technical and commercial reference during opportunity‑closing processes. * Market Development and Relationship Building Develop and deliver lectures, presentations, and training sessions for clients and strategic partners, increasing awareness of Hiter technology and the added value of its products. Continuously map new market opportunities and high‑growth segments, proposing penetration and expansion strategies. * Technical‑Commercial Role Provide technical and commercial support to teams and partners to ensure correct specification of Hiter solutions and to support complex negotiations. Specify and price Hiter‑manufactured products according to standards, technical requirements, and commercial strategy. Act as a liaison between the market, engineering, and manufacturing teams, providing feedback on requirements, technical trends, and development needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Food, or Production Engineering. Advanced English (mandatory). Ability to lead multicultural teams distributed across several countries. Experience managing representatives, distributors, strategic partners, and sales channels. Experience in international commercial strategy, including goal setting, KPIs, planning, and business plan execution. Strong communication, technical presentation, and influence skills at operational and executive levels. Solid experience with control valves, actuators, industrial instrumentation, or process control equipment. Proven experience in the selection, specification, and technical pricing of control valves and accessories. Experience in industrial processes such as oil & gas, pulp & paper, mining, chemicals, petrochemicals, food & beverage, or energy. Ability to perform technical analyses and support customers and teams with engineering solutions applied to process issues. Experience with commissioning, start‑up, and performance evaluation of valves and equipment in the field. Understanding of relevant technical standards (ISA, API, ASME, IEC, among others).
