The role of Account Executive is pivotal in the success of client PR campaigns.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic PR plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and proactive communication on campaign progress.
* Build, grow, and create new client relationships through targeted outreach and media research.
* Secure, filter, and respond to media opportunities, scheduling and coordinating media interviews with ease.
* Monitor coverage through Google Alerts and track mentions or product features, facilitating writing projects with the team in alignment with client goals and deliverables.
* Provide daily updates and maintain consistent communication with clients, preparing and sending biweekly and monthly reports and lookbooks as required.
* Maintain updated media trackers to record media coverage and interview status, meeting or exceeding the expected number of interviews or media features.
Requirements:
* 40 hours plus per week to meet client needs, requiring a high level of self-accountability and commitment to delivering results.
* Proven experience or education in public relations or a related communications field, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, proficient in Google Suite, Gmail, and media monitoring tools.
* A creative and strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
* Personable and professional in client and media interactions, able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
