We are seeking a skilled Billing & Collections Analyst to join our team in Canada.

This role involves managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional internal and external client service.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, numerical aptitude, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.

You will be responsible for:

* Invoicing and accounts receivable management
* WIP management and financial reporting
* Client service and support for senior-level staff
* Partner financial management and budgeting

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced proficiency in French and English, strong understanding of financial processes and numerical aptitude, self-motivation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should also have technical skills in Excel, Google Mail, Google Hangouts, and proprietary accounting software (iPower).

Experience in accounting (AP/AR) and/or relevant financial management is an asset, as well as client service experience and working in a professional services firm. Knowledge of information security and data protection is essential.

* WIP Management and Financial Reporting: Oversee work-in-progress and provide accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
* Client Service and Support: Provide high-quality support to senior-level staff and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Partner Financial Management and Budgeting: Collaborate with partners to manage their financial resources and develop budgets that align with business goals.

Requirements:

* Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in French and English.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and numerical aptitude.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
