As a facilitator of major events, you will orchestrate PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt. Your goal is to manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence.

o Event Facilitation & Coordination: Manage calendars and orchestrate key events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
o Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
o Leveraging Agile Principles: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
