About the Role:
As a Tech Recruiter, you will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with client needs.
• Promote employer brand through recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and internal hiring policies.
• Manage data in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
• Support candidates as their primary point of contact.
• Meet outreach goals by achieving weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in tech recruitment is an advantage.
