About this Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth and identify new business opportunities.
* Aquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.

Business Acumen: Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Results-Oriented: Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
Industry Knowledge: Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
Commercial Awareness: Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
Project Management: Project management skills.
