This role is a fit for a Sr. Designer ready to step up, an Associate Design Director from a smaller shop looking to grow within a larger team, or a Lead Web Designer seeking to advance their career within a high-growth agency.You’ll work closely with project managers, UX strategists, and developers throughout the full project lifecycle — from early strategy through final execution — while managing multiple projects at a time.This role is client-facing: you’ll design systems, shape web content strategies, present work, lead design conversations, and collaborate across the team to deliver cohesive, high-quality web experiences. We’re looking for someone proactive and self-sufficient, with a strong UX foundation and the experience to hit the ground running in a fast-paced agency environment.You’ll also provide leadership to mid-level and junior designers, working with a Design Director to help shape creative vision while setting standards for quality, process, and visual storytelling.What You’ll Do● Own the creative process. Design end-to-end web experiences for enterprise clients — translating UX strategy into polished visual execution, from wireframes through final design, ensuring each web project delivers clarity, impact, and BX-level quality.● Develop visual identity systems from scratch in short timeframes, adapting them into cohesive, scalable websites.● Lead web content strategy—structuring information, messaging, and design patterns to maximize storytelling and usability.● Design websites in Webflow-first workflows, collaborating closely with developers for seamless execution.● Collaborate actively with PMs, UX strategists, and developers across every phase of the project.● Present and communicate design decisions to clients with clarity and confidence.● Balance multiple active projects simultaneously, managing your time efficiently across each.● Contribute to a collaborative team culture — sharing feedback, flagging blockers early, and keeping work moving.● Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers, elevating their work and modeling best practices.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (graphics, UX, dev) to bring ambitious websites to life.● Implement and refine processes within the design team to ensure smooth collaboration, efficient iteration, and consistent high quality.● Stay ahead of trends in web design, storytelling, and Webflow workflows—bringing new ideas into BX Studio projects.What We’re Looking For● 4+ years of web design experience, ideally within an agency setting. Ideally, with B2B companies, SaaS brands, and digital-first identities.● Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web projects with clear UX and visual thinking, including strategy, visual identity, UX/UI, and final design execution.● Strong UX foundation: wireframing, information architecture, and user flow thinking alongside visual craft.● Comfortable working across a full project team — PMs, strategists, and developers — in a structured, waterfall workflow.● Proven ability to lead client conversations, present creative directions, and navigate feedback professionally with clarity and confidence.● Experience developing visual identity systems and scalable design systems applied across digital experiences.● Solid foundation in content strategy, information architecture, and UX principles.● High proficiency in Figma required.;
