Brown & Brown is seeking an Experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join our team in Bethlehem, PA.
The role involves promoting and executing new and renewal business sales, providing insurance expertise, and supporting department growth and profitability. Collaboration with team members and working closely with Sales Leadership are essential.
How You Will Contribute
* Assist in developing marketing strategies to support business objectives.
* Prospect for new accounts via calls, correspondence, visits, etc.
* Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for all sales activities.
* Conduct annual customer reviews and establish direct contact with key accounts.
* Coordinate with Account Managers/Executives on business placement.
* Analyze and negotiate coverage based on customer needs.
* Maintain and develop specialization in specific markets through networking and professional development.
* Stay updated on marketplace developments and trends.
* Assist in training or mentoring new Producers.
Licenses And Certifications
* Life & Health Insurance License (must obtain within 30 days if not already held).
Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of CRM systems and management software supporting insurance sales.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience in Employee Benefits insurance (preferred).
* Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
* Ability to travel and maintain valid vehicle insurance and license.
