Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a hands-on finance systems professional with strong functional expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, tax, and regulatory compliance, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing JD Edwards financial processes.
You will lead and support JD Edwards (JDE) financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and tax. You will partner with finance, tax, audit, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.
* Translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax rules, and internal controls.
Requirements and Qualifications
Strong functional experience with JD Edwards Financials is required. Proven expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Tax is also necessary. A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance is expected. Experience leading or supporting JDE implementations or upgrades is highly desirable. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is preferred. Experience in multi-entity or multi-country financial environments is an advantage. Prior experience as a functional lead or subject matter expert is beneficial.
