Key Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B sales professional with a background in the travel industry to join our organization.
About the Role:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth through strategic account planning.
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territories, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Build long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Project management skills and proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages are required.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
