About the Role
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Develop and implement digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust among potential clients
* Manage content creation, including bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, and video assets, with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Evaluate and optimize marketing processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Key Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in agencies or start-ups
* Good level of English language proficiency (main working language serving North American clients)
* B2B and B2C experience, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms
