**SUMMARY**:
The Latin America ERP Leader will lead the ERP strategy for the region. The Latin America ERP leader will provide coaching to the Program and Project Managers and promote high performance culture across the entire IT team. Over time, we expect this role to grow into a people leadership role with direct reports to execute the strategic roadmap for ERP. This role will report directly to the IT Director in Latin America.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- In conjunction with the regional IT leader and other counterparts across the globe to define the vision, goals, and tactical plan for ERP programs and sustain on the region
- Lead the identification, implementation, and facilitation of programs and portfolio governance across Latin America, ensuring adherence of IT initiatives to the enterprise strategy and driving business value
- Own and manage the contracts for ERP sustain and projects on the region (initiatives below USD 250k)
- Plan, implement and continuously improve project management processes and technologies based on best practices to streamline project processes and procedures and maximize operational effectiveness for the sustain contracts towards ERP and localization layer
- Establish transparent and measurable project operations, enabling visibility of project metrics, issues and risks to the regional IT leader and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers and business analysts
- Develop a communication and training plan on ERP for end users on the region
- Work with IT leaders and module owners for prioritization of critical issues and work towards resolution
- Learn and support customizations and interfaces of varying complexity, suggesting where possible to replace customization with standard Oracle processes of equal or greater functionality
- Act as point of contact for escalations related to localization modules ensuring they get addressed appropriately with continuous communication
- Support the IT organization with month end close activities as related to finance modules and integrations
- Partner with module owners/technical leads and help carve out and lead mandatory compliance, productivity and business required initiatives going beyond day-to-day operations
- Ensure conformance to generic ERP Operations support standards / practices
- Coach and manage contingent staff aligned for your project deliverables
- Transition new implementation solutions to the operational support team
- Communicate lessons learned post implementation
- Communicate project progress, prioritization status and manage conflicts with C-Level leaders
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of computer science, business administration, information systems or related field, MBA degree preferred
- 5+ years of leading IT teams (direct or indirect) of at least 5 people
- 8+ years Project Management experience in IT
- Advanced/Fluent English required, intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Strong background on ERP program management and/or support, Oracle EBS preferred (R12+)
- Past experience managing ERP modules on one or more of the following processes: P2P, OTC, R2R
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian Localization and other layer systems, such as Mastersaf DW, Mastersaf DFe, GTM is a plus
- Past experiences working on large tax/compliance projects (NFe implementation, fiscal mappings, new operations ramp up on the ERP in Brazil)

- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
- Experience leading and working with global teams
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of delivering information technology projects within established project constraints (on-time, on-budget, within scope, high quality)
