Project Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management professional to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
* Develop and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions stand-ups planning meetings and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights trade-offs and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
About the Role
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments such as Scrum Kanban SAFe or similar.
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization change management and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus but not required.
