We’re looking for a skilledFront End & Mobile Developerto join our international product development group, working full-time with our local team in São Paulo!
Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare etc. (e.g., Vivo, Coca-Cola, Chilli Beans, Unilever and many others). We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to the development and maintenance of ourwhite-label mobile apps usingFlutter, ensuring high-quality experiences across bothAndroid (Google Play) andiOS (App Store) platforms.
Manage app store deployments, updates, and compliance for multiple branded mobile apps.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers across global teams to roll out new features quickly and improve existing ones.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on front-end performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for software development.
Use modernAI-assisted development to accelerate productivity and code quality.
Work with tight schedules and changing priorities, actively seeking solutions.

Who You Are
Experienced Front End & Mobile Developer:5+ years building software products in real-world, production environments.
Mobile Development Expertise: Hands-on experience with Flutter, including publishing and maintaining white-label apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
AI Mindset: Familiar with using AI tools to enhance development workflows. Enthusiastic about helping build AI-powered product features and curious about how AI is transforming software user interactions.
Fluent in English:Strong communication skills in English are essential, as it is our primary working language.
Self-Starter: You’re motivated, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative—even when specifications are still being gathered.
Team Player:Collaborative, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and fun to work with :)
