Mandatory Requirements:
* Complete Higher Education in Law
* Active OAB registration
* Experience in law firms or multinational companies, with demonstrated expertise in labor law
* Availability to travel
* Excellent research and writing skills
* Analytical skills, team integration, leadership, communication, sociability, negotiation, proactivity, assertiveness, commitment, objectivity, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Active listening skills
* Fluent English
* Advanced Excel skills
Preferred but not mandatory:
* Experience in other legal areas, transportation, logistics, or civil law
Main Responsibilities:
* Legal consultancy in labor, civil, and corporate law
* Support to internal teams with opinions, negotiations with unions, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, and legal inquiries
* Case analysis and action planning
* Training sessions
* Pre-meetings with witnesses and representatives for case alignment
* Participation in internal and external meetings and hearings
* Support to business areas
* Contingency analysis
* Reporting strategic actions
