About the Role

As a Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified doctors to underserved communities.

You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to identify key messaging angles, leverage data to highlight regional demand, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and execution of localized marketing strategies that drive results. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Crafting compelling narratives and leveraging data to highlight regional demand
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and community needs
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation, including bios, testimonials, and practice spotlights, with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data
About the Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Excellent level of English language proficiency (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience working in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B and B2C marketing experience
* An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
