As a successful Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively engage with potential customers, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads into profitable business relationships.
1. Main Responsibilities:
2. Inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
3. Conduct outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn), to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
4. Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product.
5. Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.
6. Regularly report and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights into lead sources, quality, and conversion rates to improve sales and marketing activities.

8. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles is preferred.
9. Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies, is advantageous.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
12. Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
13. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
14. Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus.
