Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with 5+ years of experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
They will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, collaborating with the team in coding, brainstorming, and scoping sessions, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
* Strong expertise with Postgres and Redis.
* Deep experience in web application development: design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Agile development practices.
