Data Center Project Manager – Brazil
Lead the delivery of commissioning projects across mission critical data center environments. Manage project delivery across commissioning levels L1–L5, overseeing client relationships, project teams and financial performance.

Act as the Competent Person for project safety, ensuring JHAs, toolbox talks and site safety requirements are completed.
Manage project schedules, resources and budgets using internal project management and planning systems.
Forecast resource requirements, manage billing projections and monitor project expenses.
Identify scope changes and manage the change order process with clients.
Coordinate commissioning teams including engineers, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
Support commissioning activities including design reviews, testing procedures, integrated systems testing (IST) and final commissioning documentation.

Experience Profile

Strong understanding of engineering principles within mission critical environments.
Technical background in electrical or mechanical systems.
Electrical candidates should be comfortable working with three-phase AC power systems, DC systems and live electrical infrastructure.
Mechanical candidates should have experience with chilled water systems and commercial HVAC infrastructure.
Experience working within data centre commissioning or critical infrastructure projects.
Ability to work closely with clients and project stakeholders.
Experience reviewing shop drawings, submittals and preparing field reports.

Senior Project Manager – PMO
Client is in need of a versatile Sr. Project Manager, to assist in a number of different projects, within the PMO. These will consist of both application and infrastructure projects, moreso slanting towards applications.
Need a strong Leader / communicator, who can work with various levels of the organization, and both business and IT teams to drive projects. Client mostly waterfall in their methodology, with some projects being somewhat more iterative.
PMP Certification would be a bonus, but need someone with strong methodology / process acumen.
Must:

Strong Project Management
Able to manage variety of projects, including ERP, Application and Infrastructure projects
Work with Business and IT teams, and third party vendors
Broad IT PM Expertise
Ability to manage projects across multiple functional areas, including Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, etc., preferably in a waterfall environment, but broader experience is welcome.
Strong Communication
Skilled at engaging stakeholders across all levels and functions, with the ability to create clear documentation and straightforward status updates.
Expertise in mitigating risks proactively and managing budgets/resources effectively.
Leadership Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability with a bias toward action.

Cybersecurity / IT Services Project Manager
Lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (network/security engineers, developers, analysts) and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects. Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams (security engineers, IT staff, developers, client representatives) to ensure collaboration and timely task completion. Assign responsibilities, oversee day‑to‑day project activities, and maintain team motivation and productivity in both on‑site and remote/hybrid work environments.
Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets and control costs. Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively; implement contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks or security concerns. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations throughout project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments to clients, senior management, and team members. Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and manage expectations to maintain alignment with project goals and client needs.
Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality and security standards. Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and security reviews on project outputs. Oversee documentation (project plans, reports, compliance evidence) and obtain stakeholder sign‑offs.
Post‑Project Support & Continuous Improvement: Oversee transition of completed projects to operational teams. Conduct post‑mortems and lessons‑learned sessions to identify improvement opportunities. Stay informed on emerging industry trends (e.g., AI integration in project management, DevSecOps, and new collaboration tools) to continually enhance project management practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Professional Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business (or related field). Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex IT or security projects using project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Skilled in developing project documentation and managing project scope changes.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing resources, and resolving conflicts. Exceptional communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders and present project updates in a clear, concise manner.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Strong risk assessment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Capacity to anticipate challenges, craft mitigation strategies, and adapt to evolving project needs. Must be detail‑oriented but also able to see the big picture to ensure projects deliver strategic value.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA). Understanding of modern IT trends such as cloud computing projects, digital transformation, or AI‑driven solutions is a plus.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in an IT services or consulting environment, managing projects for external clients or within large enterprise settings. Background in network/security infrastructure projects or software development projects is advantageous.
Methodologies: Certifications or hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, Certified Scrum Master, or DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

Experience Requirements:

7+ years of experience in project management within the IT or cybersecurity domain. Experience managing multiple full project lifecycles, with at least several projects related to IT security, networking, or software/IT infrastructure. Leadership experience in a matrixed or cross‑functional team environment is essential.

Certifications:

Project Management Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 (highly preferred / required).
Security/Technical Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
Agile/Other Certs: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or ITIL Foundation are beneficial.

Duration: 6 Months (w/ possible extensions)
Senior AI Technical Project Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered digital initiatives across Quality and CMC operations.
This role will drive cross‑functional execution of AI use cases, ensuring alignment between Digital, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Data Science teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex AI programs from ideation through deployment and scaling.
Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and KPIs.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Data Science, IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Vendors).
Ensure alignment with enterprise digital and AI strategy.
Partner with business stakeholders to define high‑value AI use cases (e.g., deviations, CAPA prediction, batch analytics, document intelligence).
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production‑ready.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GAMP5, CSA).
Drive documentation for audit readiness and inspection preparedness.
Manage data integrity standards (ALCOA+).
Understand system architecture (LIMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, data platforms).
Manage integration dependencies across enterprise systems; partner with cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
Oversee vendor technical performance.
Identify technical and regulatory risks early and drive mitigation.
Manage change adoption within Quality and CMC functions.
Develop communication plans for executive and operational stakeholders.
Define measurable KPIs (cycle time reduction, deviation reduction, automation rate).
Track ROI and business impact of AI initiatives.
Ensure sustainable scaling of successful pilots.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Engineering Program Delivery.
Previous experience leading AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices).
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and data governance.
Experience working with enterprise platforms (LIMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Knowledge: familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory standards.
Industry Experience: IT services or consulting environment, managing projects for external clients.
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Certified Scrum Master, or DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

Technical Project Manager – AI Portfolio
Manage intake of AI use cases from CMC business and digital leadership, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and actively managed.
Ensure alignment between AI initiatives, business outcomes, and enterprise priorities.
Drive portfolio‑level actions, decisions, and follow‑ups across multiple AI programs and workstreams.
Identify interdependencies, risks, and capacity constraints across the portfolio and proactively drive resolution.
Maintain standardized tracking for portfolio actions, statuses, risks, issues, and dependencies. Track and report on portfolio KPIs.
Produce executive‑ready reporting for leadership forums. Implement and evolve portfolio governance mechanisms.
Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices, tooling, and reporting maturity. Facilitate portfolio‑level forms, working sessions, and reviews.
Lead projects as necessary: develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and governance materials. Drive execution of work, report on project statuses, and elevate risks, issues, and decisions to governing bodies. Ensure assigned projects adhere to applicable regulatory, validation, security, and data governance requirements. Influence without authority to drive accountability, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in STEM or another relevant academic discipline.
5+ years in technical project or portfolio management.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining portfolio‑level reporting and dashboards.
Proven track record of on‑time and in‑budget project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Compliance‑focused mindset.
Familiarity with GxP, validation, or regulated environments.
Experience working with AI/ML initiatives in life sciences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.

SAP Tax Reform Program – Project Manager
Lead the SAP Tax Reform Program across ECC, GTS, Ariba and CRM 7.0.

Manage roadmap, planning, risks, governance, and communications.
Coordinate functional and technical teams.
Ensure alignment with global and local business stakeholders.
Oversee integrated testing, cutover execution, and hypercare.
Manage dependencies between fiscal, accounting, and operational areas.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of SAP Brazil Localization and tax processes.
Experience with major tax transitions, SPED, NF‑e/NFS‑e/CT‑e is a plus.

Key Processes:

Deep understanding on risk, timeline, cost and quality management.
Executive communication and status management.
