We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with a strong process-oriented mindset, who enjoys operational routines, negotiation, and direct interaction with international clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Support daily logistics and import activities
Align processes with suppliers, foreign agents, and customs brokers
Provide clear and efficient support to customers, issuing quotations and shipping documents
Negotiate with suppliers
Complete and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents accurately
Monitor performance indicators related to import operations
Requirements
Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Strong communication skills and high level of organization
Proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Desirable knowledge of international trade legislation and procedures
Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
