* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. This includes building strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
Utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive results. As a trusted representative of the organization, this individual will promote our values and deliver a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
* Build and maintain relationships with top talent in the LATAM and U.S. markets, fostering a strong network of connections
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, driving success through innovation and creativity
