In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players.This role can be 100% remote.
ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholdersPartner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needsEvaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declinesNegotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive managementDirectly source world class technical candidates for a variety of roles including Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, UI Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc.Review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward efficientlyManage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting effortsMaintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS)Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in WorkdayCollaborating with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partners
Basic QualificationsBS/BA Degree is mandatoryAt least 5+ years of recruiting experienceSolid experience using LinkedIn RecruiterOutstanding written & verbal communication skillsProven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environmentAbility to work across multiple disciplines and geographyAbility to grasp new technologiesProven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines
Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation and innovatio
