**Enterprise Architect Role Overview**
This key leadership position is responsible for driving the strategic definition and implementation of enterprise architecture. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to integrate technological platforms, operational mining processes, and ensure adherence to global corporate standards.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Define and evolve integrated Enterprise Architecture models, utilizing frameworks such as TOGAF/ArchiMate to align with business demands.
* Act as a technical reference, promoting solution consolidation between IT, OT, and industrial automation teams.
* Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and services, considering best practices in the mineral and natural resources sector.
* Develop architectural criteria prioritizing security, regulatory compliance, performance, sustainability, and operational integration.
**Key Requirements:**
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, preferably as an enterprise architect or similar strategic role in Large Enterprise or mining/resources.
* Proven experience in defining, documenting, and evolving integrated Enterprise Architecture models.
* Strong understanding of technology frameworks, including TOGAF/ArchiMate and ability to align with business demands.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams.
