ServiceNow IT Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT specialist to join our team and support the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
