Learn more.Role reports to: Reliability ManagerTravel %: 10%What you will doThe Supply Chain Reliability Specialist will:Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain reliability and efficiency.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.Monitor key performance indicators to meet reliability goals.Define, design, and implement strategies for a controlled flow of materials.Analyze product demand, sales patterns, and forecasts for production optimization.Monitor production issues related to capacity and new product launches.Ensure timely ordering and delivery of components.Analyze materials usage, inventory, and supply chain performance for trends and improvements.Evaluate supplier reliability and conduct risk assessments.Develop and monitor KPIs such as lead times, defect rates, and stockouts.Work with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability standards.Investigate and resolve material shortages or quality issues using root cause analysis.Implement process improvements for materials handling, storage, and transportation.Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality assurance departments.Prepare and present reports on materials reliability and performance.Use supply chain management software and analytical tools for visibility and tracking.Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsRequired4-6 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.Experience in manufacturing or production planning.Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.Experience with production planning systems and tools.DesiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of improving supply chain reliability and efficiency.Experience in project management and implementation.What’s in it for youPaid holidays, vacation, volunteer time, and more.Learning and development opportunities.Employee resource groups.Additional benefits vary by location.*Note: Total Rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
