Growth Marketer (Part‑Time – Room to Grow Into Head of Marketing)
Go! Running Tours is searching for a Growth Marketer to lead all B2C and B2B marketing activities for a fast‑growing global running‑tour company.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing and automation flows; optimize existing newsletters.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; test, learn, and scale.
Research new marketing tech, channels, and trends; identify and scale opportunities across cities.
Create case studies, explore sponsorships, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate closely with the founder and global team; own all growth initiatives.
Requirements
1–3 years of growth marketing or digital advertising experience.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to optimize flows, build smart automations, and dig into data.
Creativity, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Systematic approach, attention to detail, and willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
Excellent execution skills; can deliver results fast.
Compensation & Contract
USD 1,400 a month (25 hrs a week) — full‑time on Upwork. Remote with minimal meetings and all work on Slack.
