Responsibilities will include: Denodo Administrative Support Business As Usual Support Technical Infrastructure Management Help/Share Best Practices with Developers POC on New Feature/Functionality/Changes Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekends from 5 AM to 5 PM PST) Planned Downtime Support (twice a month for windows patching activity) Incident and Change Management Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) Report Promotions Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level security System/Platform Upgrade Support Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues) Disaster Recovery Testing
