**Your area of responsibility: Support the Key Account Manager and National Sales manager on the following activities**:
**Responsabilities**:
- Reporting and tasks receiver of direct superior
- Representing the company towards the customer and the customer towards the company
- Responsibility for "satisfied customers
- Responsibility for all the specified duties
- Reusing existing know-how
- Establishing development partnerships
- Participating in all marketing measure
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships in the international market.
- Identify opportunities for more efficient working methods, implement improvements, and foster a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
- Prepare professional quotes and contracts, monitor them closely, and conduct price negotiations.
- Monitor trends in automotive and transport, translate insights into concrete actions and commercial projects.
- Manage commercial projects from start to finish in collaboration with internal and international teams.
- Report to the Direct superior (KAM/Sales Manager, General Manager & International Sales Manager) -Provide visitor reports, commercial analyses, and clear PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets to support decision-making.
- Preparing complete order confirmations (technically accurate, timely, efficient, contractually compliant)
- Consulting with management when orders change
- Ensuring that contracts are reviewed (non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
- Professionally presenting the concept and quotation to the customer
**Your backround**:
- Industry experience - it s a plus
- Experience in the field of project management and in executing/collaborating on projects in the company - it s a plus
- Experience in the Sales department - it s a plus
- Experience of dealing with customers - it s a plus
**Your skillset**:
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; strong quote preparation skills.
- Affinity with automotive, transport, or logistics (knowledge of bodywork is a plus).
- Language skills: Romanian and English (German is a plus).
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented, with insight into cost pricing and KPIs.
