Current markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we constantly look for new channels and markets to sell our services. Your marketing DNA should be analytical and structured, while also being creative to craft great copy, spot new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B. You will work systematically with new ideas and markets, paying attention to detail and being excited about the responsibility. We will grow together, testing initiatives in one city and scaling to the rest of our destinations, researching new technology, and staying current on trends.Email marketing is a strong channel for us. If you get a thrill from optimising flows, building smart automations, and digging into data, this will be your playground. We already send regular newsletters that do well, but someone with a data/automation mindset will be able to optimise them even further.Design, launch, and optimise email campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences.Own our digital advertising efforts, planning and running campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms, and measuring KPI impact.Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.Collaborate closely with the founder to iterate quickly.QualificationsWe look for a colleague who works systematically with new ideas and markets, has attention to detail, and is super excited about the role’s responsibilities. The ideal candidate:Has a marketing DNA that is analytical, structured, and creative.Has experience optimizing email flows and building automations.Has proven ability to test, learn, and scale marketing initiatives.Works well in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment with limited internal meetings.Contract DetailsUSD 1,400 a month – 25 hours a week – managed via Upwork.
