Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Dispatcher with fluency in English. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for effectively scheduling and coordinating service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. The role involves frequent communication with customers and technicians, troubleshooting service requests, and maintaining records for efficient operations. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a seamless workflow will be key aspects of the position. Qualifications Proficiency in Dispatching and scheduling tasks to ensure timely service delivery Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships with clients Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience with HVAC systems or in a related service industry is a plus Proficiency with scheduling or dispatch software is beneficial
