We are currently looking for an ERP/SAP Change Manager to join a project with one of our international end clients in Brazil.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Hybrid – remote with flexibility to travel to Santa Catarina Brazil
Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem.
* Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
* Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.
* Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.
* Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
* Coach leaders and influencers to serve as change agents and culture champions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.
* Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
* Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).
* Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills across diverse and global teams.
* Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
