Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms, and proven experience in content repurposing. This includes turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables.
A sharp understanding of content distribution strategy is also essential, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices. Additionally, a solid marketing operations background, with the ability to build and manage systems, SOPs, and content workflows, is required.
The successful candidate must be highly organized and self-directed, with excellent attention to detail. They should be able to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Job Requirements:
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights
