What you'll do Work together with our AI scientists, engineers, architect and product teams to deliver new and improve existing features in AI-driven speech services. Assess new technology, tools, and infrastructure to evolve the existing highly used functionalities and services in the cloud. Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and ML algorithms and applications. What you bring A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing. Additional linguistic studies and / or language skills are beneficial. Experience in AI models' development and optimization (training, fine-tuning, domain adaptation; proficient in experiment tracking, hyperparameters optimization, evaluation). Familiarity with Speech Recognition and Speech Synthesis concepts is beneficial. Proven programming skills in Python. Experience with essential NLP libraries and tools, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas or scikit-learn, for data manipulation and processing. Experienced in designing data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets and working with complex structured and unstructured data architectures. Hands-on experience with audio data processing (including handling various data formats, sampling, forced alignment, silence trimming, normalization) is beneficial. Experience with AI offerings on hyperscalers like Azure or AWS. Research-driven mindset and attention to fine-grained experimental design. Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding in new technological areas. Full professional proficiency in English.
