Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor / PJ)
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support US-based clients in a fast-paced staffing environment. This role requires strong English communication, experience working directly with US stakeholders, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full lifecycle recruiting (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → close)
* Support US-based hiring managers and account teams
* Handle high-volume req loads (20–40+ open roles depending on complexity)
* Recruit across technical and/or professional roles
* Work within ATS/VMS systems (including high-touch / low-touch / no-touch environments)
* Maintain strong pipeline activity and candidate engagement
* Ensure high-quality submissions with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
* 7+ years recruiting experience (agency or staffing strongly preferred)
* Proven experience supporting US-based clients
* Strong English (spoken + written)
* Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
* Experience working with VMS / MSP models
* Highly process-driven and organized
* Supporting customers in the US EST Timezone
Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting Government or strict compliance accounts
* Technical recruiting experience (IT, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
* Metrics-driven mindset (submittals, interviews, placements)
