Key Account Growth Manager
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Manager to drive business expansion across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage and grow key accounts in LATAM, fostering strong relationships with senior-level brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level sales plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Effectively present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
