Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide prompt and effective assistance in chats and tickets, responding to customer inquiries based on the knowledge base and training materials.
Schedule and Availability
The ideal candidate is ready to work a schedule from Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM GMT+3), with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must speak English fluently and have excellent communication skills, quick and efficient problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills: you are empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious. You can find an approach to all types of people.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in customer support is a plus, as well as experience with Jira and Confluence.
