* Prioritize reporting, analytics, and KPI strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
* Oversight of ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance across all modules.
* Develop and standardize KPIs, reporting cadence, and data quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver executive and operational dashboards offering real-time service and performance insights.
* Collaborate with business and platform stakeholders to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks.
* Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization).
* Demonstrated ability to design dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and CMDB relationships.
