TMF Operations Associate Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing and maintaining essential documents in accordance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies. This role involves processing, reviewing, and resolving rejected Trial Master File (TMF) documents, as well as performing periodic quality control to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process and review TMF documents in electronic and hard copy formats
* Resolve rejected documents and perform quality control checks
* Communicate with the RMC Lead to report trends and issues
* Educate administrative support to RMC Lead including filing and maintaining internal documents
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in using electronic document repositories and document recognition skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
About the Ideal Candidate:
* University degree preferred, particularly in life sciences
* 1-2 years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of working in a highly regulated industry
