From ambition to AI-native operations.The RoleAs Head of GTM & Growth, you are the commercial engine behind Valere Evolve. You will own the full go-to-market strategy and growth execution — from market positioning and pipeline creation to partnership development and revenue scaling. This is not a planning role. You will be expected to build, launch, and iterate in market with the same hands-on urgency that defines the product itself.You bring demonstrated experience taking AI products and platforms to market, using AI-native tools to scale your own work, and a track record of growing user bases through high-leverage execution. You have done this before. You know what it takes to move a technical platform from early adopters to scaled commercial traction, and you know how to do it with a lean, intelligent team.This role requires the ability to execute across multiple simultaneous growth motions — and the strategic judgment to know when to lean into each one based on what the market is telling you.Impact You Will HaveOwn Market Entry & Expansion: Define and execute the GTM strategy across target segments, verticals, and channels — translating Valere Evolve's platform vision into a repeatable, scalable motion that drives pipeline and accelerates time-to-revenueBuild the Growth Engine: Design and personally run the growth infrastructure — outbound sequences, nurture flows, content strategy, and conversion optimization — leveraging AI-native tools to operate at a velocity that outpaces traditional GTM teamsDrive Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and close high-leverage partnerships with channel partners, systems integrators, enterprise resellers, and platform ecosystems that unlock distribution and accelerate adoption at scale — structuring agreements that embed platform value directly into partner programs as a retention and growth mechanismExpand from Within: Develop and execute playbooks that convert active client relationships into platform adoption, creating organic expansion from within accounts that are already experiencing Valere's value firsthandTranslate Product Into Commercial Narrative: Work closely with product and delivery to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that clearly articulates the value of the Learn → Build → Scale loop to enterprise buyersConvert Strategy to Revenue: Build the frameworks, KPIs, and real-time dashboards that connect GTM activity to pipeline health, conversion rates, expansion revenue, and customer acquisition costScale the User Base: Execute demand generation and account-based programs that grow the active user base across direct, partner-led, and paid acquisition channels — with measurable growth targets tied to platform adoption milestonesKey ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy & Multi-Motion Execution — Own the full go-to-market roadmap including ICP definition, pricing frameworks, and launch execution. You will design and operate across multiple distinct growth motions simultaneously, building the systems to manage, measure, and optimize each one with clarity and speedPartnership Development & Distribution — Source and structure strategic partnerships that create meaningful distribution leverage — including experience embedding platform capabilities and educational content directly into partner programs, proposals, and client engagements. Own the full partnership lifecycle from identification through activation and ongoing revenue contributionAccount Expansion & Organic Growth — Build and execute the internal playbooks, enablement materials, and account triggers that convert existing relationships into platform adoption and drive organic growth from within active engagements. Identify the signals that indicate expansion readiness and move on themTargeted Outbound & Enterprise Penetration — Execute precision outbound campaigns targeting key individuals and internal champions inside large organizations. Build the entry-point strategy, manage the champion relationship, and develop the expansion motion that follows initial adoption to grow platform footprint organically from the inside outPaid Acquisition & Influence-Driven Demand — Build and manage a paid acquisition strategy that drives platform awareness and qualified demand at scale — including the identification and activation of credible voices in the AI and enterprise transformation space to amplify reach and accelerate top-of-funnel growthAI-Native Operations — Build and operate GTM workflows using AI-native tools — from prospecting automation and pipeline intelligence to content generation and deal acceleration. You use the tools. You don't delegate the tools.Revenue & Pipeline Ownership — Work directly with sales and leadership to manage pipeline, forecast accuracy, and growth targets. You are accountable to the number.Market Intelligence — Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, buyer behavior, and adoption trends to sharpen positioning and identify untapped growth vectors across all active acquisition channelsCross-Functional Alignment — Serve as the connective layer between product, delivery, and commercial teams — ensuring GTM motion is tightly integrated with product roadmap, customer outcomes, and client-facing team capabilitiesWhat We Look ForExperience: 4+ years in GTM, growth, or commercial leadership roles, with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience bringing AI products or platforms to market in a hands-on capacityAI Product GTM (Required): Proven track record of taking AI-native products or platforms from early traction to scaled commercial adoption. You understand the buyer journey, the objections, the trust barriers, and what actually moves enterprise deals forwardAI-Native Operator (Required): You actively use and scale your work with AI tools. You have built GTM workflows, systems, and processes powered by AI automation — not as a pilot, but as standard operating procedureMulti-Motion GTM Execution (Required): Demonstrated ability to design and run multiple simultaneous growth motions — partner-led distribution, account expansion, precision outbound, and paid acquisition — and the strategic maturity to resource and prioritize across them as market conditions evolvePartnership Builder: Demonstrated ability to develop and close strategic partnerships that create real distribution leverage — including experience structuring agreements where platform access or educational content is embedded as a core component of the partnership value propositionAccount Expansion Experience: Proven ability to convert existing client or customer relationships into product adoption — building the internal plays and triggers that drive organic growth from within active accountsEnterprise Outbound & Champion Development: Hands-on experience running targeted outbound to individual practitioners and decision-influencers inside large organizations, with the ability to build internal champions and develop the expansion motion that follows initial adoptionPaid Acquisition & Influencer Marketing: Working knowledge of paid acquisition strategy in B2B and B2B2C contexts, including performance measurement, creator or partner identification, and building programs that sustain organic reach alongside paid investmentStrategic Mindset with Execution Bias: You can build the roadmap and execute it in the same week. You are equally comfortable in a board-level positioning conversation and building the outbound sequence that follows itData-Driven Growth: Fluency in GTM analytics, funnel metrics, and revenue operations. You build dashboards, track what matters, and adjust based on signal — not assumptionCommunication: Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers, partners, and executive stakeholders across every channel and motionBuilder Mentality: You don't wait for a team or a budget to grow.
