Short Description:
We're looking for a data-driven S
ocial Media Specialist with a focus on organic strategies
to execute and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other platforms, while creating organic strategies. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing various campaign types, performance analysis, and conversion tracking. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure strong ROI across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:
* Support on and implement comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to client goals and industry verticals.
* Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing search opportunities.
* Write compelling, on-brand ad copy that drives clicks and conversions across search and display campaigns.
* Set up and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms, including Shopping, Local Services, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
* Monitor and adjust budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
* Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
* Analyze performance and make regular optimizations to ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding based on data insights.
* Generate regular performance reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years managing paid search campaigns and organic strategies
* Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager
* Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and LSAs
* Strong understanding of bidding strategies and Quality Score
* Skilled in writing and testing ad copy (A/B)
* Proficient in GA4 and analytics integration
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Google Ads certification is a plus
