Scrum Master Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and on the same page.
* Support and guide one or more Scrum teams in adopting Agile methodologies.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and certification is a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software applications.
