IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
About the Role:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for IT-related issues and concerns.
* Maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Document processes and create user guides for new technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
