We specialize in areas such as technology, finance, human resources, automation, and digital transformation.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Oracle PCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of profitability and cost management solutions within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.This role requires a strong mix of functional finance knowledge + technical EPM expertise, with ownership over solution architecture and client-facing delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Oracle PCM implementationsDefine cost allocation models, driver-based costing, and profitability frameworksWork closely with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutionsOversee data integrations, calculations, and model performance optimizationEnsure best practices in metadata design, hierarchies, and dimensional modelingSupport and guide teams during month-end and planning cyclesTroubleshoot complex issues across data, calculations, and reportingAct as a technical leader and mentor for junior team membersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, including strong exposure to PCMStrong understanding of:Cost allocation methodologiesProfitability analysis frameworksFinancial modeling and reportingHands-on experience with:Oracle PCMCS / EPCMSmart ViewData Integration / Data ManagementMetadata and hierarchy designPreferred QualificationsExperience in consulting or managed services environmentsExposure to multi-client / multi-project deliveryOracle EPM certifications (nice to have)Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to communicate with both technical and finance stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWork ExpectationsSupport North American business hours when requiredFlexibility during planning and financial cyclesOwnership of delivery quality and SLAs
